Presentation Guide


 Arrangement in agenda is for your reference only, we recommend you attending before your sessions begins in case of any absence presentation or presentation less than 15 minutes.

 Session chair will organize group photo for all presenters in the same session, you are encouraged to attend the whole session.

 One best presentation will be selected from each session, which will be announced and awarded the certificate at the end of the session.



 Each Oral presentations lasts for 15 minutes including 12 minutes' presentation time, and 3 minutes' Q/A time between Session Chair and speakers. Please control time.

 You are required to copy your PPT or PDF on the conference computer around 10 minutes ahead of the session. It is suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to an email box as a backup. In case the files can’t be accessed from your flash drive, you will be able to download them to the computer from your email.

 Please note that each session room will be equipped with a LCD projector, screen, point device and a laptop with general presentation software such as Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If your Power Point files contain audio or video, please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.



 Poster size is 60cm (width)*80cm (height)

 Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart.

 Please note that during your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.



 Please wearing formal clothes or ethnic clothing.
